The story:

This concept may have originated from TravelBlag, which appears to have been born in New Zealand by someone from the UK. Some sort of backpacker travel information/review site, which Ryan proposes to send 30 (or more) people ("the 30") traveling around the world for an entire year to build up a review base and promote the brand. The name has changed at least twice, from Conscientious Traveler, to Traveller 2.0, to Our Planet UK.
