Notes:
With regards to the name, there does not appear to be a registered business for "GlobalEnergy, LTD". There is, however, a "Global Energy Limited" (company number: 05125779) with a registered business address in Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK. Given that this company was registered in 2004 and has submitted documents recently (last return made up to 12/May/2008), it does not seem likely to be related.
