How?
Each of you will have personal networks and ideas on how to recruit these nomads.
Each of the 27 nomads you will find, will need to be approved by myself, but this is more a formality. Each of you can guage what will be best for the company/project/experience and each of you will now have vested interest for the company to succeed, so pick those people carefully.
I am not stressed about this takeing 10 days, 20 days 40 days etc. I put a time limit on this before, which although a lot of people applied, very few were right for the job.
I suggest avenues such as, craigs list, facebook and myspace, gumtree etc.
Limitations
Remember at no point is anyone allowed to discuss myself or private information about the company, my name is one of those things kept quiet unless needed and approved.
How many people must I recruit?
There is the 27 Global Nomads, of which each of you will be responsible for all 31, divided into teams which you will act like a big brother/sister. Supervisor or someone of a slightly higher station.
This places no limitation on your own travel as a global nomad, you could even decide to all call yourselves chiefs or make up some team names etc, but this is totally up to you.
You will also need to recruit 250, Urban Nomads. 1 Nomad in each city, never more than one in each city. It can actually be a lot more than 250, but we need a network of people who will be able to do the same things as a global nomad, except to travel. They will sample all the products and services int he travel industry, but only for their city. This is how we will get the majority of our content for the site.
The Global Nomads is more about creating a buzz and a cool marketing tool.
Remember, all nomads urband and global must maintain blogs.
Added things.
I will make a private blog site, which all 4 of you can access and contribute to. This will allow you all to keep in touch.
Added salary
If none of you know this already, then you will have what is called a profit share.
5% of all OPO profits will be divided between the 4 of you. This is an added salary/motivation for all of you and something none of you were offered before.
I do not need to offer anyone this profit share, as you guys get to travel extensively for a year and have a great time doing it, while I am stuck working 24/7.
Events
I will be throwing 2 launch events for some other things I am working on shortly, which could be very good to help promote you all looking for global nomads.
Division of profits.
60% of all profits will be given to NGO's and Projects we select, at the end of each year.
Mickey, Alby and I have all met. Carolyn, we have not and neither have Michael and I. We will in time and I am happy yo do video conference as and when I am able.
Why am I so careful about information regarding myself and the company.
There is a small NGO I run and under UK law, you do not need to register as a charity until you receive 5000 sterling in public donations. On the org site, I have linked to people saying bad things about the project and myself, which has no basis. There is now a case against 4 people, who will be charged by Scotland Yard for ;stalking online, stalking in real life, harassment, slander, liable and death threats. My mothers address was placed online, by company address was stalked and we have video evidence and a lot of evidence against these 4 people now.
These people have done these things mainly based on their own understanding of US law and not English.
These people also tried to damage our relationship with SSF Cambodia, which Mickey was at, while they tried to affect us.
I have been helping Vichetr for some time and with Mickey there at the time also, it was just ludicrous that these people tried to affect us.
There is also no reasoning with these people, which I have tried. Anyone who does not agree with them are attacked and called, stupid, blind etc.
So this should give you a little more understanding to why I am so private about everything I do.
We might have 35 T-shirts being given to us by a sponsor in the next few weeks and we already have a major clothing sponsor, which is great.
In an ideal situation, at the end of the first year of the Global Nomads, one or more of you will show a great benefit to the company and I would then like whoever that is, one of you or someone else who is a passionate traveller, to take over more responsibility in the company.
What next?
Once the Nomads have been selected, I will then be able to move onto the next stage, and it will then be a short time until you all leave on your various adventures.
Also, I would prefer it, if each of you were in different continents to eachother, during your trips. It might overlap, but I would like this to make sure if I am not able to fix a situation with one of the nomads, one of you are close by – Hospital, problems etc.
None of you need to reference OPO.
Additional Streams of income and benefits
Our Planet Retreats is doing very well, if any of you can prove you have shown someone the site, or they have referenced your name on buying shares, you will receive 1 free share for every ten shares sold or 10% commission, which ever you would prefer. As people have been buying 10 and 20 shares at a time, this could be good for all of you.
You will also be able to spend 2 months of the year at the retreats, if you so desire, free of charge.
I hope the structure of this letter has been ok, I have said all that I wanted to, but maybe it has bounced around a lot, which I apologise for, but thats how my head works.
If any of you have some ideas for events to find the nomads, depending on where you are, I will probably know someone who can help you. Most of my connections are in – UK, North America and Australia.

I have just started negotiations with 3 sponsors, not saying we have them yet but its good beginnings and I feel a lot happier that you will all be a bigger part of things.
I have attached a CDA - In English it means an NDA.
Read it, put your names and sign it asap, scan it and send the scanned copy back to me. You will also need to post it to me in a few days, do it twice, 2 copies, one for you and one for me.
On receipt of this, I will send you the other team members email address and also, the business plan. 16 odd pages, of which you will also see the financial section also, so I hope you like how it all looks and feels.
I will then also set up emails etc and we can all start moving along.

6. This Agreement or the supply of information referred to in paragraph 1, does not create any licence, title or interest in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights of the disclosing party.
