The Ryan Flynn Information site exists to provide background information on Ryan Flynn and his numerous organisations.
Ryan Flynn has created a multitude of web presences and online identities, sometimes with new ideas, but more often (it seems) with new names for the same ideas. He uses his real name, Ryan Flynn, quite often, but has been seen to be using numerous aliases, especially in forum and blog comments, often appearing to pose as multiple people at the same time. Regardless of the particular details of whether it was in fact himself or someone operating on his behalf at various times, a consistent trend appears in his patterns of writing, arguing, etc. In the whole he appears to be a serial scam artist, and all people are strongly warned to check his background before any dealings with him or his numerous "organisations", most of which appear to be unregistered/vapourware/etc.
One of the problems in putting one's finger on what exactly he might have done wrong is that he keeps changing the names of things, deleting or changing old profiles, etc. A major aim of this site is to collect information that might not be so obviously connected, or indeed have since been deleted by Ryan (or some agent). He has been known in the past to claim to not have written things, or that profiles don't exist, etc - keeping a record yourself seems to be the best way to catch him out over such duplicities.
Examples include his use of an email address, dr.flynn.r@gmail.com and introducing himself as a doctor, which he now strongly denies, despite there being numerous references sprinkled about the web that seem quite obviously in his style, and contacts who have had dealings with him on the phone and in person.
Contacts claim that Ryan Flynn has ripped people off in various ways. If you are a victim, please report the details to an official government agency. Ryan Flynn is actively seeking both small and large investments from the public, and consumer protection agencies tend only to act if numerous complaints are made. DO NOT MAKE A FALSE COMPLAINT. If you know someone who has been affected by Ryan Flynn's activities, urge them to report their issues to the authorities themselves if they have not already.
Ryan Flynn was living in Australia for around a year until some time in 2008. He left the country, apparently owing a debt on the Sydney rental property he lived in with his de-facto spouse, who is now under scruitiny as an accomplice to Ryan's activities. Ryan has since been seen in Los Angeles under the false name Ryan Roth, using the CouchSurfing.com travel community for accomodation (note that Ryan has previously had at least one CouchSurfing.com account disabled/deleted for inappropriate conduct).
Webscammers.net's prior advice was to contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (the ACCC) via their website or phone the InfoCentre on 1300-302-502 if you have information as to his whereabouts or "business activities" in Australia. Webscammers.net is currently awaiting further information about a possible police inquiry.
